[SurroundSound] Extracting MLP tracks from DVD-Audio into one file

I would like to extract all MLP tracks within one Title, to one MLP
file. At the moment I have to store each track as a single MLP file,
then convert all to a single WAV file, split to mono WAV files, and
then encode to one MLP file. Any better ideas?

The reason for this is that Discwelder cannot author with gapless MLP
tracks. I want to put the 192/24 tracks from two HDAD discs onto one
DVD-Audio.
