OD - Agreed - a lot of work is going on behind the scenes.
But a comment - a private hub for archiving material, that subsequently gets released and supported by us (although we may not be happy with the format) is a far, far different world to a tracker, be it public or private.
Likewise allowing folks to preview certain archived recordings, so that they can be released, is also a world away from sharing a brand new global release, albeit it, perhaps in a lossy format such as MP3. There is the dark side and there is the border country - I think we all know where we are.

The blogs are in limbo for the moment until a more stable home for the files is found. Crumbling it's not, i'm using the time to decode a lot of albums :-)

Private tracker (VF was thinking about it)? Centralized location? It
makes operating riskier...
Blogs seem to be crumbling...
