Nia Vardalos will not pay her ex-husband spousal support in their divorce settlement.
The My Big Fat Greek Wedding star and ex-husband Ian Gomez announced they had split back in July.
The couple had been married since 1993, and have a daughter together.
According to The Blast, Vardalos and Gomez have reached an agreement in which neither will pay the other any spousal support.
Lawyers for the 55-year-old actress state that the divorce is "uncontested" by her ex.
In a statement at the time of the split, Vardalos said: "We've been respectfully separated for a lengthy period of time. Our relationship became a friendship so the decision to end the marriage is completely mutual and amicable."
