A question:
-- what is the reason to Ddo that? DTS is a lossy format, a disadvantage against FLAC.
The only reason could be to make a standard DVD or DTS-CD.

DrOct asked about this on the Hub and it's something I've been trying to find out as well, but with little success.
How does one convert multichannel files to DTS? Is there some easy to use windows software that doesn't involve using the command line? Preferably freeware!
Thanks, Ali.
