The Minnesota Wild claimed forward Robby Fabbri off waivers from the St. Louis Blues on Monday.

Fabbri is a pending unrestricted free agent carrying a cap hit of $775,000 this season.

The 30-year-old has played in only 15 games this season, recording one goal and three assists. He has one goal and one assist over three games in the AHL with the Charlotte Checkers.

Fabbri has 107 goals and 113 assists over 457 career games with the Blues, Detroit Red Wings and Anaheim Ducks.

Oilers duo, Canucks' Brisebois clear waivers

Edmonton Oilers forward Andrew Mangiapane and defenceman Alec Regula both cleared waivers on Monday.

The two are now eligible to be assigned to the AHL, which would give the Oilers some cap relief.

Mangiapane has skated in 52 games with Edmonton this season, recording seven goals, 14 points, and a -19 plus/minus.

The 29-year-old signed a two-year, $7.2-million deal with the Oilers this past summer, with the cap hit and term through next season currently limiting his trade value.

The Oilers will receive $1.15 million, the bury relief limit, in cap space if Mangiapane is sent to the AHL, with the rest of his $3.6 million contract still counting against their cap.

For his career, the 5-foot-10, 183-pound forward has notched 130 goals and 257 points in 550 games with the Oilers, Calgary Flames (2017-24), and Washington Capitals (2024-25).

The 6-foot-4, 211-pound Regula has played in 29 games for the Oilers this season, registering three points while posting a -16 plus/minus and averaging 14:28 time on ice. He is signed through next season at a cap hit of $775,000.

With the Bakersfield Condors, the Oilers AHL affiliate, this season, the 25-year-old has three points in three games.

Regula was claimed off waivers by Edmonton from the Boston Bruins on Dec.11 2024.

Vancouver Canucks defenceman Guillaume Brisebois also cleared waivers on Monday and will be assigned to the American Hockey League.

The 28-year-old has not played in the NHL or AHL this season.

Over 30 career games in the NHL with the Canucks, Brisebois has one goal and two assists. He was selected by Vancouver in the third-round of the 2015 NHL Draft.

Brisebois is playing on a one-year, $775,000 contract.
