Dryden Hunt is sticking with the Calgary Flames.
The team announced Friday that it has re-signed Hunt to a two-year, $1.65 million contract.
Hunt was set to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1.
The 29-year-old from Cranbrook, B.C., recorded three assists in five games with the Flames this past season. He also had 49 points (16 goals, 33 assists) in 49 games with the AHL's Calgary Wranglers.
The Flames acquired Hunt from the Toronto Maple Leafs in March 2023.
He has 54 points (18 goals, 36 assists) in 235 career games over eight seasons with the Florida Panthers, Arizona Coyotes, New York Rangers, Colorado Avalanche, Maple Leafs and Flames.
