You could try loading a Windows emulation onto your mac, download and install Audiomuxer on it, and use that to convert your FLAC to DTSwav.

Though I think you'd be better off just converting it to plain DTS. DTSwav is an obsolete format. Your Bluray player or AVR might have a USB port that could be used as input, if you play the files from a memory stick.

my system won't play multichannel FLAC, but my good ole BluRay player can play a DTS-CD ;-)
