As your log reported, this is an old-style DTS CD file (also called a DTS Music Disc) . It is a dts stream encapsulated in a .wav file. To play it via 6 analog out cables, you need to decode the DTS first.
Audiomuxer sensed it as a 'corrupt' file, and tried to 'fix' it in preparation for decoding or other processing. It did not decode it or change the format.
So you need to press the FLAC button. This decodes the file to a 6channel PCM file called file.dts.fixed.flac file that looks normal when I viewed it in Audacity.
