Egor Sokolov and Gabriel Proulx also scored for the Screaming Eagles (13-11-1).
William Grimard combined with Kevin Mandolese for 21 saves for Cape Breton.
Gabriel Fortier, Brendan St-Louis, Ivan Chekhovich and Nathan Legare replied for the Drakkar (17-6-2).
Justin Blanchette stopped 28 shots for Baie-Comeau.
The Screaming Eagles went 1 for 3 on the power play and the Drakkar were 2 for 4 with the man advantage.
