[SurroundSound] Converting Multichannel files to DTS?

DrOct asked about this on the Hub and it's something I've been trying to find out as well, but with little success.

How does one convert multichannel files to DTS? Is there some easy to use windows software that doesn't involve using the command line? Preferably freeware!
