According to TSN's CFL Insider Gary Lawless, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats have reached a new deal with wide receiver/kick returner Brandon Banks.

The small, but speedy 28-year-old racked up 930 yards with four touchdowns in punt returns as well as 782 yards in kick returns during the 2015 season. Banks also caught 22 passes for 220 yards and one touchdown.

Banks, who's considered the best returner in the game, has been with the Ticats since 2013.
