btw -- to those who posted here -- no there is not a DTS CD of this -- the DTS 5.1 is on the DVD Audio disc on the video side (the program in the Video_TS folder)    - therefore if you have the DVD Audio disc you also have the DTS version

My understanding is the very first DVD Audio disc release was the Scheiner mix - it has a copyright date of 2001 - that was pulled - then changed by May and rereleased - the changed version has a copyright of 2002 - that is my understanding of this.  I do own the 2002 disc.  I have not seen the 2001 version.

I'm looking to get my hands on the 5.1 mix of "A Night At The Opera" by Elliot Scheiner.  From what I've read, it seems like Schenier's mix never made it onto retail copies of the DVD-Audio disc even though his name is included in the credits.  Apparently Brian May didn't care for the 5.1 mix and created his own.  That is the version found on the DVD-Audio discs that most of us have as well as the 30th Anniversary bonus DVD.

Does anyone here have Scheiner's mix to share?
