{allcanada} RAPTORS TO BE WITHOUT DEROZAN FOR GAME AGAINST NETS

The Toronto Raptors will be without guard DeMar DeRozan for at least Monday's game against the Brooklyn Nets after he did not travel with the team to New York.

The team confirmed that DeRozan suffered a sprained left foot and ankle when he came down awkwardly after taking a jump shot during Saturday's loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.

DeRozan was helped up, stayed in the game and played ten more minutes until leaving. He did not play in the second half.

DeRozan is averaging a team-leading 21.8 points per game along with 4.7 rebounds while seeing nearly 38 minutes of floor time nightly.
