BASEL, Switzerland -- Glenn Howard's winning streak remains intact at the world men's curling championship.
The Canadian skip picked up his eighth straight victory by defeating Sweden's Niklas Edin 10-6 at St. Jakobshalle.
Howard is the only unbeaten rink after 13 draws of round-robin play.
Canada will play second-place Scotland (6-2) later in the day.
Sweden fell to 5-4 with the loss.
Round-robin play continues through Thursday night and the medal games will be played Sunday.
