Is there a method for direct conversion DFF mch -> DSF mch?
Korg Audiogate can handle DFF stereo -> DSF stereo with tagging support. Is this the only application for DSF tagging?

[WAV/FLAC ->] DFF -> authored SACD ISO

Not sure if DFF -> DSF / DSF -> DFF lossless transfers are possible
although I'd say yes.
