When the Toronto Maple Leafs return to action following the Olympic break, it should coincide with Morgan Rielly's return.
The defenceman is "good to go," according to head coach Craig Berube, who spoke to reporters on Tuesday.
Rielly had missed Toronto's last two games with an upper-body injury he re-aggravated in the team's 3-2 shootout win over the Vancouver Canucks on Jan. 31. He exited the contest in the second period after 12:34 of ice time, and it was unclear what caused the injury to flare up.
The 31-year-old has seven goals, 24 assists and is minus-17 through 54 appearances this season.
Berube also provided an update on Dakota Joshua, saying the forward is "feeling good, ready to go. We'll see how he feels this week."
Joshua hasn't played since he lacerated a kidney on Dec. 28 in the Maple Leafs' 5-3 loss to the Nashville Predators. The 29-year-old was traded to Toronto from Vancouver last summer and has six goals and four assists through 36 games in his first season with the team.
As for the Maple Leafs, they return to action on Feb. 25, visiting the Tampa Bay Lightning as they continue a six-game road trip and extend their win streak to four straight.
