ERIE, Pa. - Dylan Strome scored in regulation time and again in the shootout to lead the Erie Otters past the Kitchener Rangers 6-5 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Kyle Pettit's power-play goal with 13 seconds left in regulation forced overtime for Erie (44-11-1). Vanya Lodnia, Darren Raddysh and Jake Marchment also scored for the Otters.

Devin Williams made 23 saves and turned away all three skaters he faced in the shootout to earn the win in net.

Ryan MacInnis led Kitchener (38-12-6) with a pair of goals and an assist, while Nick Magyar, David Miller and Brandon Robinson also scored.

Luke Opilka stopped 27 shots for the Rangers.

Erie was 2 for 5 on the power play and Kitchener was 2 for 3 with the man advantage.

It was a key win for the Otters, who are trying to add to their 89 points for the lead in the OHL's Midwest Division. The idle London Knights are second in the standings with 85 points and the Rangers are third with 82.

KINGSTON, Ont. — Jeremy Helvig made 32 saves as the Frontenacs blanked Niagara.

Spencer Watson scored twice, including the winner, for Kingston (37-15-4). Warren Foegele and Michael Dal Colle rounded out the attack.

Alex Nedeljkovic stopped 27 shots for the IceDogs (27-22-6), who have dropped four straight.

NORTH BAY, Ont. — Max Kislinger and Mathew Santos had two goals apiece in the third period as the Battalion marched past Peterborough.

Mike Amadio also had a pair of goals for North Bay (30-18-8), while Brett Hargrave, Zach Poirier and Maurizio Colella also scored.

Greg Betzold, Eric Cornel and Adam Timleck replied for the Petes (28-23-6).

SUDBURY, Ont. — Daniel Muzito-Bagenda scored in overtime to lift Mississauga over the Wolves.

Josh Burnside had a pair of goals nearly a minute apart in the third period for the Steelheads (29-25-4), while Everett Clark and Nicolas Hague also found the back of the net.

Patrick Murphy, David Levin, Mikkel Aagaard and Dmitry Sokolov supplied the offence for Sudbury (15-37-5).

SARNIA, Ont. — Josh Jacobs scored in the extra period to power the Sting past Sault Ste. Marie.

Matt Mistele forced overtime with his third-period goal for Sarnia (33-17-7), while Nikita Korostelev and Sam Studnicka both scored in the first.

Bobby MacIntyre, Liam Hawel and Zachary Senyshyn did the scoring for the Greyhounds (27-21-8).

WINDSOR, Ont. — Christian Fischer struck twice and added an assist as the Spitfires downed Hamilton.

Logan Brown scored and added two assists for Windsor (33-18-6), while Cristiano DiGiacinto, Bradley Latour and Hayden McCool chipped in as well.

Jack Hidi's second-period goal tied it 2-2 for the Bulldogs (21-30-7) before the Spitfires pulled away. Niki Petti also scored.

OSHAWA, Ont. — Anthony Cirelli needed just 24 seconds to put away the overtime winner as the Generals edged Ottawa.

Brock Welsh opened scoring for Oshawa (21-30-7).
