Mattel unveiled the hockey-themed Tim Hortons Barbie, which comes clad in a red hockey sweater, helmet, skates and a hockey stick.
The doll, which was introduced via Toys 'R' Us Canada on Friday, costs $29.99 and inspires girls to explore their limitless potential and encourages them to be anything they want to be.
The doll drew the attention of Canadian National Team players, including Natalie Spooner, Kia Nurse and goalie Shannon Szabados, who began lobbying for a goalie doll.
