set up for multichannel input, also if you have Vista or 7 make sure
it's set to 96 or 192kHz, 24-bit. Using WASAPI or ASIO with FOOBAR is
also a good idea. I don't think VLC can bypass the windows system
mixer (so you will only get 44/16).
