Toronto Raptors forward Collin Murray-Boyles has been selected to play for the Rookie Team in the Rising Stars Game at All-Star Weekend next month in Los Angeles, it was announced Monday evening.
Voting was conducted by NBA assistant coaches and the league office.
Guard Alijah Martin also earned representation on the G League Team, while guard Jamal Shead was not among those selected to the Sophomore Team despite his strong season.
Murray-Boyles was selected No. 9 overall by the Raptors in last summer's draft and has impressed in 37 games, averaging 7.8 points and 5.1 rebounds while shooting 53.6 from the field in 21.5 minutes a night.
Martin has only played a total of 88 minutes over 10 games this season but has been solid in 21 total G League games in 2025-26, averaging 18.7 points on 50 per cent shooting. He was selected by the Raptors in the second round out of Florida Atlantic.
Shead, 23, has played all 48 of Toronto's games this season and leads the team in net rating. He is averaging 7.2 points and 5.6 assists on 36.8 per cent shooting while playing 22.4 minutes a night.
The Raptors enter play Monday third in the Eastern Conference at 29-19.
