Hi Paul - thanks for sharing. Can you please explain where are the stems/multitracks sourced from and how are these mixes typically created? Eg. what process and software is used

I have done hundreds. Sound quality varies, but every mix I do now is EQ'dd, with effects etc, so I try to clean up poor stems. I also have many 24 bit files to work from, and many CD quality tracks done from wav files.
