Montreal Alouettes general manager and head coach Jim Popp gave an update Thursday on quarterback Anthony Calvillo.
Popp said the 41-year-old signal caller likely won't practice Friday but the team will make the final assessment in the morning.
If Calvillo isn't back to practice Saturday, he won't play on Tuesday against the Toronto Argonauts, Popp added. Tanner Marsh would get the start if Calvillo can't go.
On Calvillo's recovery from concussion Popp said the veteran has good days and bad days.
In seven games this season Calvillo has thrown for 1,322 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions.
