TORONTO -- Calgary wide receiver Romby Bryant is the CFL offensive player of the week after scoring two touchdowns in the Stamps' 40-20 win over the Saskatchewan Riders.
Bryant had seven receptions for 116 yards, including TD catches of 67 and 10 yards.
Calgary running back Jon Cornish was also honoured, as Canadian of the week, after collecting 77 yards on five rushes including a 50-yard dash down the sideline in the fourth quarter.
Winnipeg kick returner Jovon Johnson was special teams player of the week, returning a punt 83 yards for a touchdown in the fourth quarter in the Bombers' 47-21 victory over the Edmonton Eskimos.
Montreal defensive end John Bowman took defensive honours with a four-sack performance in the Als' 37-14 win over Hamilton. Bowman forced Hamilton quarterback Kevin Glenn into two fumbles, one resulting in a turnover.
The four players were chosen by a panel of judges that includes former CFL players Matt Dunigan and Duane Forde, now of TSN, and Pierre Vercheval of RDS.
