NEW YORK -- The National Hockey League today announced the following updates to the 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs First Round schedule:
• The start time for Game 5 of the First Round series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Washington Capitals has been set for 7 p.m. ET on Friday, April 21, in Washington. The game will be televised on CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. Television coverage in the U.S. remains TBD.
• The start time for Game 5 of the First Round series between the Boston Bruins and Ottawa Senators has been set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday, April 21, in Ottawa. The game will be televised on Sportsnet and TVA Sports in Canada. Television coverage in the U.S. remains TBD.
• The start time for Game 5 of the First Round series between the Calgary Flames and Anaheim Ducks, if necessary, has been set for 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT on Friday, April 21, in Anaheim. The game will be televised on CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. Television coverage in the U.S. remains TBD.
